The relaxed approach to time has made MeisterSinger’s one-hand watches popular worldwide since 2001. One of the successful models from the Münster-based company, the Neo, is known for its vintage look and has been a tribute to the classic design of the 50s and 60s since its launch 10 years ago. Now the timepiece has a new look – at least as far as the case design is concerned – and boasts new features that we are excited to take a closer look at.
A Vintage Watch with an Upgrade
MeisterSinger is known for its numerous design awards and for its 16 different series of one-hand watches. The new generation of the Neo series is now available; the Neo T1 edition combines contemporary technology with retro charm: thanks to an identical-looking but completely new case design, the previously used hard plexiglass can be replaced with a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal. At the same time, the water resistance has been increased from 3 to 5 bar. The curved glass and the narrow case edge create a captivatingly beautiful look with a huge dial. In addition to the familiar ivory and sunray blue colours of the Neo, a white version with gold and blue accents has been added to the model family. The Neo is fitted as standard with new grained cowhide straps in fir green, cream white and ocean blue. Fine Milanese straps can also be fitted as an option. The date is deliberately omitted – and MeisterSinger proves once again that less can often be more.
