In 2007, Blackout Concept’s founder, Fabrice Letellier, bet on black, a color synonymous with mystery, elegance, and sophistication. An entrepreneur in various sectors, always driven by a creative and passionate spirit, he developed a fascination for this color rarely used in the watchmaking world. Blackout Concept then became a pioneering brand in the customization of luxury watches in black. In 2017, he decided to take a turn and launch his own models.

In 2022, Blackout Concept took a new direction under the leadership of Tymothy Plubeau and Etienne Rousseaux. Their goal was multifaceted: streamline the product range to include items with high perceived value while maintaining accessibility for a broad audience, offer a solution to the problem of luxury watch thefts by providing equally aesthetic but less costly alternatives, and establish an unparalleled customer closeness both in-store and remotely.
